Professional Lay Ministers in a Synodal Church
24th-28th September 2025, Rome
Building on our first meeting in 2023, and our online meeting in 2024, in September 2025 we look forward to gathering again in-person in Rome. Committed to inspire and assist one another in building deeper communion, participation, and mission, our focus will be professional lay ministers in a synodal church.
During our time together we will share stories of best practices in synodality, discuss the role of lay ministerial leadership in synodality, and explore resources for facilitating synodal experiences in our home contexts.
For those unable to join us in Rome, hybrid online opportunities for participation will be available once daily on 25th-27th September.
