What is our vision?
One in the vision of a synodal church, we want to grow as a worldwide network of professional ministers. Committed to inspire and assist one another in orchestrating new networks of ministers in their own contexts, we hope to participate in uilding deeper communion, authentic participation, and border-crossing mission.
What do we want to achieve as a group?
In our network, we want to contribute to the ongoing synodal process by reciprocal listening to one another, the Church, and our global society. We assume that different parts of the world can contribute very different experiences and that we can therefore benefit from each other.
We want to share theological knowledge, missionary praxis, and experiences with ecclesial
structures; and we want to support each other. Precisely because theologically well-educated lay people are not present in many places, they need support and, above all, mutual empowerment.

We are a network of professional Catholic ministers empowered by baptism, theologically trained, and called to serve the mission of Christ in and on behalf of the Church. The vision of the Church being renewed toward the vision of synodality has brought us together.
